Connect the client's site

Install supported gateways and sensors. They report into the client's workspace, and you see them from yours, with a restart for a gateway where your role allows.

Set the limits and hand over

Set each sensor's limits and choose who hears about a problem: the client's staff, your team, or both. An alarm stays open until someone acknowledges it.

Who receives the alerts?

Whoever you set up. An alert can go to your client's staff, your own team, or both. Alerts in the mobile app go to the client's own team.

Do you set up new clients for me?

Yes. We create each client's workspace on its own plan, assign it to your login, and can help set up the site itself.
