For industrial operators

One view of the plant, and who responded.

Pumps, compressors, boilers, cold rooms and leak sensors in one place. SensoCAN shows the readings live, raises an alarm when one crosses a limit you set, and keeps it open until someone on shift acknowledges it.

How it goes today

Readings sit in separate systems, or on a clipboard. A pump stops at night and the first sign is the damage in the morning. When an inspector asks for the record, nobody can show it.

What the shift gets.

Three things SensoCAN gives the people on shift and the engineer who follows up.

  • Every reading in one place

Gateways and sensors report into one workspace: live dashboards for the shift, history for the engineer.

  • Alarms that reach the shift

A reading outside its limit raises an alarm. It goes to whoever you choose and stays open until someone acknowledges it, even after the reading returns to normal.

  • People stay in control

The AI assistant answers questions about your own data and points out trends. It cannot command or configure any device. People do.

From a sensor on the line to an acknowledged alarm.

Connect the site, set the limits, and run the shift with the record kept for you.

Set up with you, on your site.

Our team sets SensoCAN up with your operations team, and the scope of any extra work is agreed in writing.

  • Workspace, users and roles created with you.
  • Gateways and sensors connected, and each sensor's limits set.
  • Rule chains for your escalation, drawn with your shift leads.
  • Private or on-premises deployment on the Enterprise plan.

Questions from industrial operators

Can the assistant act on a machine?

No. It reads your data and answers questions about it. Every physical action stays with your people.

What happens if a gateway goes offline?

It is marked offline, and an offline alarm can be raised for it like any other alarm.

Can SensoCAN run in our own environment?

Yes. Private and on-premises deployments are part of the Enterprise plan, and the scope is agreed in writing.
