Set limits and rules

Give each sensor a minimum and a maximum. Then draw what should happen when a reading crosses one: wait for three bad readings, raise an alarm, tell the duty manager.

Frequently asked questions

What can I monitor with SensoCAN?

Temperature, humidity, pressure, electrical current, doors and water leaks. Each sensor has its own limits, and its readings show on live dashboards and in its history.

What hardware does SensoCAN support?

Devices that can reach the cloud over MQTT/S or HTTP/S. Wi-Fi and LAN devices connect directly. BLE and LoRaWAN sensors connect through a gateway.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. It has no time limit and needs no credit card. It covers 2 devices and 10 sensors, keeps 15 days of history, and allows commercial use.

How do alerts reach my team?

By SMS, email, WhatsApp or push notification to the mobile apps. You choose the people for each device, and you can switch any channel on or off per device.

Do I need to write code to set it up?

No. You add devices, set limits and draw alert rules in a visual editor. You can follow the public documentation, or our team will set it up with you on a call.

What does the AI assistant do?

It answers questions about your own devices, alarms and history in plain language, and gives recommendations. It only reads your data. It never operates anything.

Can I manage several sites or clients?

Yes. Group your devices by site inside one workspace. For clients, one login lists every client workspace, and each client's data stays in its own workspace.

Can my team ask the assistant in Slack?

Yes. The same assistant answers in the SensoCAN web app, in Slack and on WhatsApp.
